  • Due to a large number of last minute cancellations and no shows, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all procedures. 
  • You may reschedule your appointment one time, after that you will be required to pay another non-refundable deposit.
  • For no call/no show situations, you will be billed the entire cost of your procedure.
  •  I work by appointment only so I am not at my spa for the entire business day. Emergencies happen and I completely understand this, but every appointment that is missed affects my family and my time to be with them. 
  • I accept many forms of payment. Cash and PayPal are my preferred methods. I can accept credit cards, but there is a 3% fee for their use.
